When you sign up for the beta, we collect your email address. When you connect your Google Ads or Meta Ads accounts, we access campaign performance data (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions) via read-only API access.
We use your email to communicate about the beta program. We use your ad account data solely to generate insights and recommendations within the xynra.ai platform. We never share or sell your data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely on AWS infrastructure. Ad account data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
You can disconnect your ad accounts at any time. You can request deletion of your data by emailing hello@xynra.ai.
