When you sign up for the beta, we collect your email address. When you connect your Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Shopify account, we access account and performance data — spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and store revenue — through each platform's API.
We use your email to communicate about the beta program. We use your ad and store data to generate insights and recommendations. Xynra never changes a campaign on its own — if you approve a specific recommendation (for example, pausing a campaign or adjusting a budget), we make only that change, on your instruction. We never share or sell your data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely on AWS infrastructure. OAuth credentials are stored in AWS Secrets Manager, never in plaintext, and our database has no public endpoint on the internet. Ad and store performance data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
You can disconnect your ad accounts at any time. You can request deletion of your data by emailing admin@xynra.ai.
