Terms of Service

These terms are between you (the business using Xynra) and Xynra, the operator of xynra.ai ("Xynra", "we"). By creating an account or connecting a store or ad account, you agree to them.

1. The service

Xynra connects your Shopify store with your Meta and Google Ads accounts to report store revenue against ad results, monitor your accounts, prepare ad copy and ads, and make changes you approve. Xynra is in private beta: features change, and there is no charge during the beta. We'll tell you before anything becomes paid.

2. Your accounts and authority

You must be authorized to connect every store and ad account you link, and to approve changes in them. You're responsible for your login, for your teammates' use of Xynra, and for complying with Shopify, Meta and Google policies, including their advertising and data rules.

3. Changes in your accounts

Xynra makes a change in your store or ad accounts only when you, or a teammate with the right role, approve it. That covers a single change or a plan you approve once, such as a lift test or a sale-week budget plan. Ads Xynra creates start paused unless you choose otherwise. Automatic safeguards you turn on, such as pausing ads for a sold-out product or an ad set spending far above its normal level, act only within the settings you chose. You remain responsible for your ad spend and for reviewing what you approve.

4. Your data

You own your data, and we use it only to provide Xynra to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Recommendations, estimates and AI-written copy can be wrong. Review them before acting on them.

5. Data processing

For personal data about your customers that Xynra receives from your store and ad accounts, you are the controller and Xynra is your processor. We will:

• process it only to provide Xynra to you and on your instructions, including the features you turn on;
• not sell it, or use it for anyone else's advertising;
• honor your customers' opt-outs of the sale or sharing of their data, as Shopify reports them;
• use only the service providers listed in the Privacy Policy, under terms that protect the data at least as well, and tell you before adding one;
• keep it encrypted in transit and at rest, and limit access to the people who operate Xynra;
• tell you without undue delay, and within 72 hours of confirming it, if a security incident affects your data;
• help you respond to your customers' requests to access or delete their data, and act on Shopify's deletion requests;
• delete it when you close your account or uninstall the app, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Xynra to break the law or platform policies, to access accounts you aren't authorized for, to reverse-engineer or overload the service, or to resell it.

7. Ending

You can stop using Xynra and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or end access for misuse, or at the end of the beta, with notice where we can. Sections 4, 5, 8 and 9 survive.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Xynra is provided "as is" during the beta, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee results from your advertising. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or ad spend, and our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. We may update them; for material changes we'll email you at least 14 days before they take effect. Questions? Email us at admin@xynra.ai.
